Cavan Innovation & Technology Centre
JULY 2023
The Cavan Innovation & Technology Centre Development Project is a crucial IIP project which will involve the construction of a 10,000 ft. education, training, innovation and business incubation centre in Cavan, Ireland. The facility will provide high-quality flexible space in education and training, networking rooms/laboratories, etc.
It will provide much-needed support and resources to a wide range of business enterprises, entrepreneurs, key employees, and the unemployed/displaced within the local community.
UCD Future Campus

Delivers an additional 22,500 square meters of state-of-the-art teaching, learning and research facilities within two iconic buildings. A versatile, dynamic space that inspires creativity, collaboration and public engagement at the heart of the university
Louth GAA Stadium Development (Full)
JUNE 2022
Louth GAA will construct a state-of-theart 14,000 capacity stadium in Dundalk. Complete with modern changing facilities, medical rooms, office and conference space.
