Investment Options
There four options guided by INIS
Endowment
A philanthropic donation of €500,000, Where a group of five or more investors, the minimum donation reduces to €400,000
Enterprise Investment
€1 million investment to a qualifying Irish enterprise for a minimum of 3 years.
Investment Fund
€1 million to be invested in an approved fund for a minimum of 3 years.
Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT)
€2 million investment for a period of at least 3 years.

Route to Citizenship
Successful investors are free to apply for naturalisation in the normal manner under the provisions of the Irish Nationality and Citizenship Act 1956 (as amended). It requires investors for Irish naturalisation to be physically resident in Ireland for the 12 months prior to application and to be physically resident in Ireland for four of the preceding eight years, i.e. 5 years.
