Ann is a Business Leader with extensive experience in Immigration Consulting, Executive Search and Recruitment, Government and private enterprise funding and business development.
Prior to establishing her own business in 2001, Ann was employed in the private sector in a number of Senior Executive HR roles for US multinational organisations, most notably, Vice President – Human Resources– Marconi Communications.
Ann has a passion for local investment and enterprise funding and has held a number of Board Memberships at the local government level for over 16 years including Louth County Development Board, Louth County Enterprise Board and currently Louth County Enterprise Fund.
These bodies were aimed at bringing together various strands involved in Local Government, Local Development, the State Agencies and Social Partners (community and voluntary) to maximise economic and social development opportunities within Ireland.

SENIOR PARTNER
Daoquan lives in Dublin since 2008. Graduated from Trinity College Dublin. His experience can be shared and related to everyone who wants to relocate to Ireland as their second home. Daoquan has been working in the Irish Immigrant Investor Program over the past 5 years. Helped many Chinese individuals and families obtained their Stamp 4 visas. He is very customer-focused and pays attention to details.
DIRECTOR
Pat has played a key role in the Recruitment business over the past 20 years, by developing links to key clients and major food industry companies in Ireland and overseas. She has delivered hundreds of International recruitment campaigns across Ireland, UK, Canada, Germany and Holland. Pat, now in her 80’s, has been married to her husband, Bill, for over 60 years and she still works in the business every day.
